Not a medical or emergency service
MindHealthy provides general information and self-help tools. It doesn’t provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and no one monitors what you enter. Self-check results are not a diagnosis. Always seek advice from a GP or other qualified health professional about your health.
Using the site
- The site is free to use. You can use the tools without an account.
- If you create an account, keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- Please don’t try to disrupt the site, access other people’s data, or use the site for anything unlawful.
Your content
Anything you write in the tools belongs to you. We only store it to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy.
Accuracy and links
We work hard to keep information accurate and up to date, but we can’t guarantee it’s complete or error-free. Helpline details and opening times can change, so please check each service’s website. We aren’t responsible for the content of external websites we link to.
Liability
We provide MindHealthy “as is”. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss arising from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
