Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use MindHealthy, especially when things feel hard.
What you can do on this site
- Use every page and tool with a keyboard alone
- Use a screen reader. The breathing and step-by-step tools announce changes as they happen
- Switch between light and dark mode, or follow your device setting
- Turn on larger text from the menu, or zoom up to 400% without losing content
- Turn off animation using your device’s “reduce motion” setting. The breathing tool then shows text cues instead of motion
- Leave the site quickly by pressing Esc twice
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We write in plain English and test with keyboard navigation, screen readers and automated checks.
Tell us about a problem
If something on MindHealthy doesn’t work for you, please email [email protected] and tell us which page and what went wrong. We’ll do our best to fix it.
