Celebrating the Small Wins ๐ฑ
Hi,
Sometimes we become so focused on everything that's still left to do that we forget to look back and see how far we've already come.
When you're living with anxiety, depression, or any mental health challenge, it's easy to feel like you're standing still. You might compare yourself to other people, wonder why everything seems easier for them, or feel frustrated that you're not where you hoped you'd be.
But healing isn't measured by giant leaps.
It's often found in the smallest moments.
Maybe you took a shower, ate a proper meal, went outside for five minutes, or asked someone for help.
Those things matter.
In a world that often celebrates big achievements, I think we sometimes forget how much courage it takes to keep going when your mind is telling you to give up.
So today, I want to encourage you to pause for a moment and ask yourself:
"What am I proud of today?"
Don't dismiss your answer because it feels too small.
Small victories still deserve celebrating.
And every time you choose to keep going, you're writing another chapter in your story.
I'd love this space to become somewhere we celebrate each other, no matter how big or small the achievement.
Maybe your win today was smiling for the first time in weeks.
Or maybe your biggest achievement today was simply making it through.
Whatever it is, it matters.
I'll start...
Today, my win is showing up for this community and writing this post. ๐
Now it's your turn.
What's one thing you're proud of today?
Let's celebrate every step forward together.
With kindness,
Lady Jane ๐ฆ๐
